A great site from Kids Health.  This is the perfect anxiety resource website for teens.  The site focuses on explaining anxiety in clear, quick and simple terms.  It is a fun site to navigate through, and is very easy.  There are some good additional resources and links, but he best part of this site is the content’s quality.  Good place for teens to go to learn all that you could ever want to know about anxiety in less than 10 minutes.
