Under Pressure – All of the Time
We've all felt stressed out.  School, friends, parents - it seems like everything we go through can cause us to feel tense. But when do the everyday stresses of life become a real problem? Thousands and thousands of teens across the world are affected with anxiety disorders - they feel so stressed and anxious all of the time that it becomes difficult to function normally within society. For a person with a serious anxiety disorder, any sort of interaction may lead to an intense sense of panic and nervousness. Remember, it's perfectly normal to feel anxious from time to time, especially if you are about to start something new. But constant anxiety is not healthy for your mind or body.

When Anxiety Attacks!

Let's face it: for most of us, anxiety is more likely to affect our lives than a swarm of killer bees or a rampaging panda bear. Anxiety disorders can make things very difficult, but they don't have to control your life. We know that everybody feels anxious in certain situations, and we're here to help. Whether you're searching for general information or ways to deal with feelings of anxiety, WARM is a place for you to find what you are looking for.

How often do you feel anxious?
All the time – sometimes it's hard for me to leave the house because I feel so anxious.
Pretty often – I really don't like to be in big crowds or in new situations, but I can if I have to.
Occasionally – I get stressed out pretty easily, and sometimes I feel anxious even after the stressful event.
Almost never – I get tense and nervous when I'm starting something new, but that's about it.
