Love for Everyone
Sometimes we just don't fit into the box that society forms for us.  Be proud to be different.

Boys and girls are supposed to date each other.  Now, it's becoming more accepted in some parts of the country for boys to date other boys and girls to date each other.  This progressive thinking is a great start for the equality of all men and women, but heterosexuality and homosexuality aren't the only two sexual orientations in which a person can fit.  Perhaps you don’t quite fit into either one of them.

Maybe you like boys AND girls.  You're attracted people of both genders.  People think it's just a phase or that you're confused and are going through some sort of identity crisis.  But you know that's not the case.  You just happen to like boys and girls and would feel comfortable dating either gender.  You're not confused - it's just how you feel, and it's probably not a phase, especially if you've felt this way for a while now.

What's actually happening is you're bisexual, which is another sexual orientation that plenty of people fall into.  It doesn't mean you're confused or weird.  It just means you find boys and girls equally attractive. You would date a female that you found interesting and attractive the same way you'd date a male that you became fond of.  It does make you different, but it's these differences that make each of us unique and special.

So if your friends are dating one gender exclusively and you know that’s not for you, do what makes you happy.  Your friends will love you no matter what and you need to be true to yourself in order to be really happy with your life.  Bisexuality is a common sexual orientation and one that you should embrace.  It is part of who you are - be proud of that, as well as of everything that makes you you.
