As it says on their homepage, the Danish Dyscalculia Association is the only Dyscalculia association in the world right now. Their site is in English and, though the studies focus on Denmark, the information is excellent and easy to understand.
This is a very simple site that answers a lot of the basic questions about the learning disorder and how schools categorize it.
