What is a Curfew?
Curfews may seem like a drag, but they aren't all bad.  Read on for tips that may help you come to a curfew compromise with the 'rents.
What is a curfew? A curfew is the pre-set time of night (or day if you're in a lot of trouble) that you have to be at home.  It is generally decided upon by your parent or guardian, but can also be the result of a city or state law.  Most people, if they are setting them, love them.  Curfews add organization to plans and cut down on the amount of worrying that a parent has to do about their kids.  Most people, if they have to obey them, hate them.  Curfews put a cramp in your style and keep you from being the adult that you want to be treated as.  These tips will help you to realize that curfews can be useful.  They can give you an excuse to get out of an uncomfortable situation or to leave when you are bored.  The situation isn't as awful as you may think, just try to find a compromise between the curfew setter and the curfew breaker.
