Boys Town National Hotline: (800) 448 - 3000
[This hotline] provides 24-hour support for both parents and children suffering from any problem. Specifically, the hotline can provide problem solving and crisis intervention for children who are physically or sexually abused, depressed, suicidal, runaways, abusing alcohol and/or drugs, threatened by gangs or fighting with parents. Parents can call about an out-of-control child, fear of an abusive, alcoholic spouse, drug dependency, or to find shelter for themselves and their family if homeless.
