This is an extremely thorough and complete website that touches all the bases with regards to obesity. There are cool graphics, interactive tools, and displays on this site. There are also a ton of links, articles and other resources. Some of the language is a little advanced, but most of the content is pretty easy to read through. This is a great site for older teenagers.

This is a good source of up-to-date medical information.

This site has support information on all aspects of obesity. There are sections on the most recent trends and research, on child obesity, consumer alerts and more. Topic has a list of relevant articles (for instance, next to Childhood obesity there is an article which examines the role of television watching in the obesity trend). There is a lot of information here, but if you have the time it is worth sorting through.
