A teen-specific page with lots of info about sleep. This site is from Kids Health, and is a simple, clear, easy to read article. This site features few graphics and no interactive features, but it is the quickest and best way to get some much needed information. Because this site plays to teenagers, you will only find the stuff you want. Great site.

This site has some cool graphics and interesting interactive features, such as a “sleep test”. Directed at a large audience base, this site doesn’t fail to make even the subject of sleep an eye opener. Lots of fun stuff here, you wont be bored.
A search for information on “sleep” and “teens” on this site produces a wide array of articles and studies on teenagers and sleep. The articles come from different sources but are all generally about the medical consequences that too little sleep has on your teen.
