Part of the larger site (www.kidshealth.org), this section offers a good place for kids and parents to go together to look at the changes that puberty will bring. There are many different sections on both the female and male body, glossaries of terms to know, areas on staying healthy and many other topics to explore.
This site is run by an adolescent therapist who invites you to ask all of those embarrassing questions here where you don’t’ have to be self-conscious because you are anonymous. You can also look through the questions others have asked to see what your peers are wondering about. Most likely you’ll have a lot of the same questions! There is also some very basic info on diseases and other teen issues.
This is a great site for teens to look at to find out about the emotional and physical changes that their bodies are going through. It’s easy to navigate and has a comprehensive library of articles on topics that range from school to family to emotions to health.
