- A burning in the stomach is the most common symptom
- Weight loss
- Appetite loss
- Eating becomes painful
- Feeling sick to your stomach
- Vomiting
- Excessive burping
- Bloody or blackish bowel movements
- A dull ache the comes and goes for a few days or weeks, which usually starts 2-3 hours after a meal and usually goes away after you eat and comes in the middle of the night when your stomach is empty
