Ouch!
Our bodies are tough; they can survive injuries from bee stings to broken bones. We cry, sneeze, cough and sweat all as ways to keep the junk out of our bodies and stay healthy. A lot of times, though, our bodies do better if we give them a little help.

These are the things that can happen to anyone any day, the accidents, injuries, the daily aches and pains.  Some are easy to fix and others require some medical attention. WARM is here to help you learn what's what and how to help yourself. Bruises and breaks are a little less scary if you know what to do when they occur. We'll also give you tips on how to prevent these injuries whenever possible.

A sprain is a stretched or torn ligament, a strain is a stretched or torn muscle or tendon.
