What am I Doing to My Body?!
The human body really is the strongest machine there is. It can withstand a lot of abuse from its owner, but there are some things it just shouldn’t have to take. Maybe you love the body you were born with and maybe you hate it, but almost everyone gets the urge to change their body in some way. Things like piercing and tattoos are used as forms of artistic self-expression while tanning, nose jobs, weight loss, or a new hair color are often about appearance and attitude. When it comes down to it, most things that we do to our bodies are our way of trying to get the outside me to reflect the inside me.

At the end of the day these decisions are all completely up to you. But remember this: you only get one body in your lifetime…what are you going to do with yours?

More Info and Topics

There are a million destructive things that you can do to your body; and a million more that are really great for it. Do you know which ones are good to try and which to stay away from?  Do you know the risks you're running when you head to a tattoo parlor, piercing studio or drop twenty pounds in less than a month?

This is the place to find the answers before you do anything to yourself. Never go into anything that concerns your body without being prepared. We'll give you the deal on what’s what and leave you to decide for yourself what you're really looking for.
