Something's Wrong
In a perfect world, good nutrition, fitness, and general maintenance would keep our bodies healthy and strong.  Unfortunately, there are so many other factors that can cause problems in our bodies. The world around us is filled with viruses, bacteria and parasites which we can catch without a moment's notice.  Sometimes our own genes are what carry the problems into our systems. Other times, we don't know exactly what goes wrong, we only know the consequences. It's the rare person who never gets sick or a disease of any kind. Most of us will battle many, many issues over the course of our lives; some of us will beat them and some of us will not be so lucky. Be smart, know your body, and be prepared for those times that life throws you the unexpected curve ball.
