What is Nutrition?
There are several things that a person can do to get healthy and in shape. An important thing to remember is that you must set realistic goals for yourself. Exercise, eating health and staying away from harmful substances such as drugs and alcohol, will help you achieve that goal.

Diet - an eating regimen that aims to help you achieve a certain weight; nourishment to give your body energy; a weight-reduction plan; limiting. If a person does not consume enough calories, it can jeopardize their health. Your body needs a certain amount of fat, protein, carbohydrates and calories to stay healthy.

Nutrition - food; nourishment

Fitness - being in shape; athleticism; exercise or workouts

Exercise - workout; stay active. This is beneficial to your brain, heart, for flexibility and to your mental health. Exercise gives you energy, can increase self-esteem and can be a release from stress.
