Healthy and Happy
America is a quick-fix, crash diet society more concerned with appearances than actual health. We would rather take diet pills than hit the gym. But what we need to remember is that in order to look good and be healthy, it takes a combination of exercise and eating a well-balanced diet. For those who hate the very thought of a gym, you can take a kickboxing or yoga class, or save your money and tackle fitness outdoors. Go jogging, swimming, walking or take a bike ride. You will feel so much better once you’re on your way to a healthy new you!

Info and Topics

There's a difference between being healthy and being thin. Plenty of people who you'd consider overweight are still in good health. Those desperately wanting to be thin and doing everything in their power to keep from gaining weight are the ones messing up their bodies. So what is health?

Health is about mental, physical and social welfare. Poor nutrition and exercise can put you at risk for developing diseases. But being healthy is more than staying away from sickness. Good nutrition, a
steady workout routine and making sure that you get enough rest will help you lead a healthy life.
