Better Safe Than Sorry!

The only way to prevent the HSV-2 virus is to abstain from having sex.  If you do choose to have sex, make sure that you discuss HSV-2 as well as all other types of STD’s with your partner. Though it may seem better to keep the issue of herpes confidential, talk to your doctor or someone you trust before ordering any drug online.

Currently, there is no cure for any form of the herpes virus and once it is in your body, it remains there.  However, there are medications that treat the blisters of HSV-2 temporarily.  Acyclovir and Valtrex are pills taken orally that treat the symptoms, but not the virus.  Side effects include swelling, loss of appetite, increased thirst, pain, and nausea.

Acyclovir is available to order online, but be aware that the prescription may be fake and that you can end up paying a lot of money for pills that don’t help. Since the blisters may occur in the area around the genitals, condoms will not necessarily prevent the spread of the disease.   However, it is still important to use condoms, diaphragms or some form of birth control to prevent pregnancy and the spread of other infections.
