This site is helpful for teens being able to understand unreasonable fears. It breaks down what a fear is, what phobias are, and the difference between a fear and anxiety or extreme phobias.
This site lists and offers general information on all phobias. Self-help books are highlighted. Anti-anxiety medications and a particular technique discovered by a doctor for treating phobias are presented. Some of the wording is difficult. No interactive component. It could be interesting for people of all ages to read the extensive list of fears that individuals might experience.
This site is good for providing a clear definition of rejection sensitivities. Common behavior patterns of those operating out of fear of rejection; the view of those who care about people that are hypersensitive to rejection; and those whom the person fears being rejected by are described. The language is a little advanced.
