A very useful site put together for college first years, and offering a number of suggestions and resources.  This website has a few articles and links towards choosing the right college, paying for college, and tips on preparing for the lifestyle change.  Some of the information is a little jumbled, but the site is pretty easy to get through.  Not a lot of interactive tools, but good, solid advice, information and links.
