Justin Pasquarriello founded a mentoring program, Adoption and Foster Care (AFC) Mentoring. His childhood was spent bouncing between foster homes, until he finally was adopted at the age of nine. In this interview, Justin talks about what it was like to experience foster care and why it is so important to help others by sharing experiences.
